mUzima can be used for virtually any clinical use case that involves health providers collecting new data and/or accessing historical data related to their clients within or outside clinical care settings.

Already there are several real world examples done, and these includes:

• Chronic Disease Management (Oncology, HIV, Diabetes, Hypertension)
• Immunization
• Cervical Cancer Screening
• Outreach

The application has been used within hospital settings by health providers as well as within community settings by community health workers.

To use the application, all you need is to create the needed form(s), define your cohort(s), and select historical elements and you are good to go.
